We learned that a driver was shot in the nick in pittsburgh before crashing along the railroad avenue offramp. This happened at about 9 00 p. M. Some new video coming in shows the nasty aftermath. The Drivers Car with a Bullet Hole through the windshield smashed into the side of a double tanker truck. The victim was hospitalized with nonlifethreatening injuries. The offramp is partially closed down as investigators combed the scene. No word yet on any suspects.
