Im paul im excited to see the progress i prafrptd in one of the earlier stakeholder meetings. I hope to hear and, of course, one needs to ask for more. Recently, i had the experience of filing b b n. And in filing the b b n i discovered varieties things it cant be done online and cant pay with legal tender. Its a very time consuming system both for the requester and for the staff to get processed and transferred from paper to digital records. Im holy this system enables interested parties to identify property block and lot to get notices of if activities is filed so theres the ability to do a relatively passive pole of information rather than having people to go sfwo into the facility. The example the d b b n filing wouldnt have to happen it would simplify Something Else it was proposed at the stakeholder meeting. Im hoping if its not part of the implementation im hoping it gets phased in that will be valuable to neighbors who are ....

It depends on whether or not its rental or for sale. If its for sale condos that project would fee out at 20 . If its a rental we have a requirement for 15 of the units to be affordable and 16 of the area median income. Were probably not going to know whether or not the project is going to be for sale or rental or mixture of both. It could be both one is rental, one is condo. Were not going to know that until we get closer to building permits. Assuming the whole project is rental. And we worked with the developer to identify those based on the opa requirements that basically being units should be comparable in location and bedroom size as market rate.
