Strike is necessary. We expect to learn the results of that vote tomorrow. The Teachers Union has been negotiating with the School District for about 6 months now. Most recently the district offered 10,000 rays and 30 per hour minimum salaries for teachers who work with special needs students. But many teachers say that is just not enough. They also have an issue with paychecks not showing up on time and sometimes the paychecks dont show up at all. I know theres quite a few educator signed on our site, you, d c who had to file grievances because they havent been paid, other teachers who have taken maternity and paternity leave havent gotten paid still. Yeah, we have wildfire smoke thats coming at us from the north and julian, as we take a look at the air quality, it just got worse in the last hour. You will notice it is red for San Francisco, oakland and san rafael. That is unhealthy. So you want to close your doors and windows if you do have ac, put it on recirculate. And dont forget about your pets. I do want to show you the smoke forecast as we are going to continue to see smoke impacting us going into tomorrow morning. It will get worse, as you will not

And 5 00 tonight, you will notice that smoke is still with us. It is going to get worse as we head towards tomorrow morning at 6 a. M. As that wind is coming out of the north northwest. Now, we are expecting the smoke to disperse a bit as the winds pick up tomorrow evening. So things will start to improve. We are expecting a fire weather watch to begin for the north bay hills and for solano and lake counties as early as tomorrow night at 11 p.
