Indiana schoolboy chokes up as he recalls surviving prom night crash that killed his friend, 18, and her high school sweetheart 
Jaxon Smith had to stop to collect himself as he recalled Saturday s deadly crash while en route to his high school prom in Arcadia, Indiana  
Smith suffered a concussion, a cut on his upper lip and a possible tear to his right rotator cuff as a result 
His girlfriend, who was not named, was with him in the back seat, and also survived the smash
But Smith s longtime friend Kalen Hart, 18, and her boyfriend Lendon Byram,  both died when an SUV T-boned Byram s Honda  ....
