HOLYOKE – The Planning Board reviewed Winn Development’s plans for Appleton Mill Apartments, 88 mixed-income rental units at the former Farr-Alpaca Mill. The board held a virtual session Tuesday night.
The 150,000 square-foot complex resides between the Holyoke Police Department and the Upper-Level Canal, with the Massachusetts Green-High Performance Computing Center as a neighbor. ....
