Awez Khan sued Apple India and their customer service centre in Indiranagar in Bengaluru, and when the case reached the Bengaluru Consumer Court the tech giant has been asked to pay Khan ₹1 Lakh, which includes the price he paid to buy the iPhone and for the hardship caused to him by Apple India.
Apple has expanded its service program for iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro models with sound problems in the earpieces. The new program is available starting today.
Apple was reported to have sent out memos to Apple Stores and Authorized Service Providers to fix an iPhone X's Face ID without replacing the whole unit.
