APG to take 40% stake in financial adviser Prikkl for shift to DC Print APG Group agreed to acquire a 40% stake in financial adviser and technology firm Prikkl, a spokeswoman confirmed. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. APG has partnered with Prikkl to help plan participants manage their finances when the new Dutch retirement rules arrive in 2026, which will increase their investment choices. Under a new mandatory defined contribution system, defined benefit plan sponsors will switch to a DC arrangement.
