They complain about both and i think that is human nature. A want safer neighborhoods. They know they will have to have policing in these high crime areas to get that done. It is situational. They complain about slow calls for service responses. Things like that which can have an effect on a persons trust in their lawenforcement agency. In other words, we call but they dont come. Attorney general eric holder did a study in conjunction with the National Institute of justice on traffic stop data. They found that when you use control factors that statistics and research require for legitimate findings any Racial Disparities are attributed to differences in offending. The studies showed that black drivers violated speeding and other traffic laws at much greater rates than whites. That conclusion of the study under eric holder led d. O. J.
