Staff Journalist The last of four defendants got arraigned Monday in Fauquier County General District Court on first-degree murder and related charges in the April 22 shooting death of a Remington man in his front yard.
Martin Anuar Martinez, 30, and Darren Nathaniel Davis, 36, both of Manassas, also face charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, armed daytime burglary and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony in the April 22 murder of Charles W. âTripâ Bopp III, 24.

FAUQUIER COUNTY, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - The suspect wanted in connection with the murder of a retired Fauquier County sheriff s deputy s son was located and arrested in Pecos, Texas yesterday, according to the Fauquier County Sheriff s Office.
Martin Anuar Martinez, 30, of Manassas was found in Texas by the FBI. He remains in custody there awaiting extradition back to Virginia for charges of murder, conspiracy to commit a felony, armed daytime burglary and use of a firearm in commission of a felony in connection with the death of Charles Bopp III.

This has been a collaborative law enforcement investigation to solve the murder of an innocent victim of a senseless crime. Charles Bopp III was a loving son, brother and friend to so many in the Remington community. Sheriff Bob Mosier Police in Texas have arrested the suspect wanted for murdering a Remington man last Thursday.
Arrested Monday, Martin Anuar Martinez, 30, of Manassas, remains in custody, pending extradition to Virginia, the Fauquier County Sheriffâs Office announced Tuesday morning.
The FBI, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Marshals Service, Prince William County Police Department and Manassas City Police Department are assisting in the investigation.
Jury Beatrice Guerra, 28, of Woodbridge, was arrested overnight Sunday and charged with felony murder and conspiracy to commit burglary. She was held without bond.
Martin Anuar Martinez is being sought on murder charges. He’s 30, stands 5-foot-9 and weighs 170 pounds, the sheriff’s office said. He has brown hair and brown eyes, and is considered armed and dangerous.

A wanted poster placed online around 3:30 a.m. Sunday depicts Martin Anuar Martinez, 30, âwanted for murder.â
Mr. Martinez, 5-feet-9 and 170 pounds, âis considered armed and dangerous,â according to the Fauquier County Sheriffâs Office.
Listed in 2017 court records as a Manassas resident, Mr. Martinez has an extensive criminal record. He pleaded guilty to robbery, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony in 2016.
