According to information released by the MaxDefense Philippines Facebook account, on April 6, 2021, the Philippine Navy has released Frigate Lot 3A - Torpedoes and Countermeasures Acquisition Project for the Jose Rizal-class frigates.

The Frigate Lot 3 Acquisition Project was divided into 3 sub-lots including Lot 3A for Torpedoes, Lot 3B for Chaffs, and Lot 3C for Acoustic Decoys. The Torpedoes will be acquired for the Jose Rizal-class frigates which are now in service with the Philippine Navy. ....
