Well, liberals in california are lauding the launch of the state s so-called anti-hate hotline for people to report alleged hostility against their actual or perceived identity. what could go wrong? let s bring in reformed california chairman carl de mayo to talk about that. it s interesting here because this hotline is where you can turn in your neighbors, your co-workers, anybody who you think is committing a hate crime. what is the definition of a hate crime? let me put it up on the screen. these are two main kinds of incidence. acts that aren t hate crimes but violate civil rights laws, or that may not violate the law but still cause significant harm in the community. you can t get much vaguer than that. whatever you think is a hate crime, pick up the phone call and we ll take care of it. i think watching the view might qualify for that. it s the snowflake switchboard. you know, here in california we can t even get 911 calls ....
