It is one of several fires burning around the bay area. They continued to fight a much larger fire it has been burning since yesterday and it is east of gilroy. Amber is in fairfield and the flames got close to some of those homes. It is scary for people of this neighborhood. Reporter many refused to leave telling me that they wanted to stay behind to make sure that did everything they could to protect their homes, the whole hill was on fire.
