As he sprayed the money on them, the men could be seen using their two hands to pour the river water on themselves in unison while chanting.
According to gistreel.com, the prophet strongly warned the men not to dare look back as he prayed for uncommon wealth upon them.
The prophet who made incantations in Igbo language said sacrificing money to “Agbara”, the marine spirit inherent in the river would make the men wealthy.

A Kenyan pastor identified as John Gichira has been sentenced to 140 years in prison after he allegedly impregnated his two teenage daughters.
John Gichira, 51, impregnated both his daughters; aged 14 and 16 in Ndia Constituency, Kirinyaga County, Kenya.
Appearing before Senior Principal Magistrates, Anthony Mwicigi of Baricho High Court on Thursday, January 14; the Kenyan pastor was slapped with a 70-year- jail term for s#xually assaulting each of the girls.
The Magistrate announced.
“I sentence you 70 years for each offence and you have 14 days to appeal.
This court orders that your names to be added in the register of convicted as well as dangerous offenders.” ....

Senior Principal Magistrates, Anthony Mwicigi of Baricho High Court pronounced the judgement on the man of God on Thursday, January 14.
The pastor will serve a 70-year- jail term for sexually assaulting each of the girls, amounting to 140 years but the sentence will run concurrently.
“I sentence you 70 years for each offense and you have 14 days to appeal. This court orders that your names be added in the register of convicted and dangerous offenders.” the Magistrate announced.
“Gichira will serve 70 years for each count of defilement; the sentences to run consecutively,” the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions said, citing a sentence in a Kirinyaga court. ....

A pastor in Kirinyaga County has been sentenced to 140 years in jail after pleading guilty to defiling and impregnating two underage daughters.
Senior Principal Magistrate Anthony Mwicigi ruled that the pastor will serve 70 years for each case, after defiling the girls aged 14 and 16 years.
On Thursday, January 7, the prosecution verified the girls birth certificate and ascertained that they were below 18 years, paving way for the magistrate to make his ruling on Thursday, January 14.
Court documents disclosed that the suspect committed the offense on diverse dates between June 1, 2019, and June 30, 2019, and between August 1, 2020, and August 31, 2020, in Ndia Constituency. ....
