FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ/FOX26) One man is dead after a fiery crash Tuesday night in southeast Fresno.
According to the Fresno Police Department, officers were called out to McKinley and Helm Avenues around 9:45 p.m. for reports of a crash.

Experts say more shelter-in-place advisories should have been issued.
