To recommend death on this case, so i it s this i a moot issue. i do think she ll be convicted but i do not think the jury will come back with death here. mark, do you buy that? i am not so sure, i do agree. i don t think the jury is going to find or recommend death, number one. number two, i don t think it s a close call. this florida statute is clearly unconstitutional, going against the last 10 years of the u.s. supreme court findings and rulings that kind of revolutionize criminal law. i don t think frankly she ll get death in any way, shape, or form. one thing the defense has not addressed i think they ve nibbled away at the prosecution case is the 800 pound gorilla in the courtroom, abuse excuse. will jose baez ask her father and brother point blank ....
