derailment in east palestine, ohio, that added chemicals. but now there s fear onsite, but also where the waste from all the chemicals, where that s headed. governor of indiana is pushing back against shipments of contaminated materials headed to his state. roseville, indiana is one of four designated facilities. and the only one in ohio. last week, they prompted the epa to look elsewhere. the mayor of east palestine gave this response a short time ago. i definitely think we re on a good path. there s definitely say lot of questions that still remain to be answered. as far as people from the other states, they knew the facilities were in their states. and i understand their concern, but at the same time, it s governed by the federal epa. so, therefore, you know, it should be safe for all of the citizens there. east palestine s mayor met with epa administrator michael regan who is on his third visit to the disaster zone. cnn s miguel marquez joins us from east pale ....

Arizona today the timing was perfect as Hinkley High School students participate in the annual season for nonviolence global campaign. Students heard from the grandson of civil rights leader cesar chavez who led farmworkers movements in california in the 19. Anthony chavez talked to students about peace and serving others. Teachers say its part of the culture of the Hinkley High School students and student body to try to resolve conflicts respectfully. Anthony chavez said he was honored to help students appreciate that message. So what i wanted to tell the youth is their voices do matter, that they can start making change now before they leave this campus. This season of nonviolence event was put together by the new dawn center for Spiritual Living and the Au ....
Just before 8 a. M. This morning. Both girls were shot once and one gun was found near their bodies. The school immediately was placed on lockdown. I thought it was just a prank at first, but then when i walked to my class, all the teachers were freaking out and stuff. So i thought this was real now. Police say they are not looking for any suspects. Once the school was cleared students were dismissed and bussed to a nearby walmart to meet their parents. The school is closed for monday on president s day. Classes are expected to resume on tuesday. An event at Hinkley High School had added significance today because of that School Shooting in arizona. She was not home when the bolt hit. Came crashing through. You can see, it hit way back here on the wall. Reporter there was some concern about the structure being safe.
