Defensoria Pública pede interdição da PEL 2 Celso Felizardo e Vítor OgawaReportagem Local Londrina - A Defensoria Pública do Paraná pediu a interdição da unidade 2 da Penitenciária Estadual de Londrina (PEL 2) na manhã de ontem.
