All Californians 50 and older become eligible for vaccinations on Thursday, and everyone 16 and older may receive inoculations starting April 15. “Kaiser Permanente welcomes this broadening in vaccine eligibility,” a Kaiser spokesperson wrote in an email to the Chronicle on Wednesday. However, “we expect that in the weeks ahead demand will continue to be greater than supply.”
