IN RESPONSE to the recent article on the council s resort management taskforce for BCP. The council are not making any contingency for the expected extra vehicles that will come into our conurbation. They are simply going to give more penalty charges and additional tow away operations. This does not address the problem we will have with cars driving around looking for parking that is not there. We should expect lots of visitors and should plan for extra parking facilities. Where is the park & ride on the outskirts of town? Other places have this and it works so why don t we? ....
