Chloe Bibby was ready to go and wasn t going to let a dashboard light slow her down. That s just how she rolls.
So the 6-foot-1 Australian jumped in her burgundy 2015 Volkswagen Passat packed with all of her possessions and headed out from Starkville, Miss., for a 13-hour, 900-mile trek to College Park. Not that Bibby had ever been to College Park - or D.C. for that matter. But Nugget, her pet fish, was packed up, and it was time to go. ....
