Indiana first lady Patricia 'Pat' Whitcomb dies at 91


Patricia “Pat” Whitcomb, former first lady of Indiana, died this week at 91.
Married to Indiana Gov. Edgar Whitcomb during his time in office, Patricia Whitcomb died Sunday in Seymour, according to a news release sent Wednesday on behalf of the family. 
Current Gov. Eric Holcomb, who ordered flags to be flown at half-staff, said she served the state with pep and grace.
She loved to travel and made it a point to visit all 92 counties in Indiana, twice, a statement from Holcomb said. I loved that she learned how to greet people in many different languages so she could communicate with the world as she loved meeting new people from all corners always defining our signature Hoosier Hospitality. ....
