Ann Arbor continues moving towards its goal of achieving carbon neutrality by the year 2030, and a new and innovative project in one of the city's neighborhoods is expected to help. A federal grant will allow for the study of a community-scale geothermal heating and cooling system in the Bryant neighborhood. If implemented, it is expected to cut energy costs and reduce environmental impacts.
