'Karding' evacuees in Pangasinan, La Union return home

In an interview on Monday, DTI Pangasinan provincial director Natalia Dalaten said of the total number, 1,175 were beneficiaries under the program's Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa component.
