MUMBAI: A sessions court on Friday rejected the bail plea of software engineer, Anees Ansari, arrested in 2014 for allegedly conspiring to kill people at an American school in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) by plotting to use a thermite bomb.
Last year too, Ansari had moved the court seeking bail. While Ansari had sought the relief citing the Covid-19 pandemic, the court then rejected it and said that at 28, he was an able bodied person with no ailments.
