You dont use no water. Reporter i want to show you one of the interesting things mae told me. This is a huge building. But the only working water is right here in this sink, and over here, this toilet. In fact, to help out mae, a Business Owner from nextdoor cut the water line going up to the apartments and capped it off. Reporter apartments upstairs are not getting any water . No water. Reporter how long ago . Over 10, 12 years. Reporter then last month mae got another water billeter. This time nearly 2500 owed. They told me i had to pate all at one time. Reporter the Water Department told me there was a major leak a few years ago that mae hasnt paid for and they shut the water off in 2013. However, ace showed you, the was there.
