Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, less than six months after winning a share of $266.7 million in fees from Delaware Chancery Court, has positioned itself for more gains with the opening of its first office in the state.
In the largest Midtown South location of 2023, global litigation firm Quinn Emanuel & Sullivan signed for 132,000 square feet at 295 Fifth Ave. The law firm will move from 51 Madison Ave. where it had roughly the same amount of space.
