Hide Transcript Share Updated: 3:22 PM PST Jan 27, 2021 Jonathan Ayestas A north Sacramento resident was seen on video using a chainsaw to clear a downed tree blocking roads following a major storm that caused similar problems across the northern California region.The tree fell in the corner of Lochbrae and Southgate roads, according to viewer video sent to KCRA 3 by Andrew Hughan. Watch the video in the player above.This is just one of many reported instances of fallen trees, vehicle collisions and power outages as a result of Tuesday night s storm.
