Cordillera farmers, NGOs send tons of veggies to Siargao

VEGGIES FOR SIARGAO. Seven tons of various kinds of vegetables from the Cordillera Region are unloaded from a C-130 military plane at the Sayak Airport in Del Carmen, Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte on Wednesday (Feb. 23, 2022). The vegetables were distributed to the affected residents in the towns of Dapa, Del Carmen, Pilar, Burgos, and the two community kitchens each in the towns of San Isidro on the island.
