Eyewitness josh, says he watched the car accelerate with no sign of braking. I saw a black truck. I saw it rev its engine and smoke coming from it. I her it gun down the parking lot all the way down until iheard this gigantic whack. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The truck struck several water pipes causing flooding and cutting power to the high school school. Less a minute away from changing dans lifer. Ive already thanked god more than once. Reporter the work now is speedy repair. Not only patching that whole but fixing any flooding left over and restoring power after what happened in this accident.
