He told us he had not received a concession from Sheriff Joe Arpaio and it was clear he wasnt expecting to, nor was he waiting for that. Paul penzone has been waiting for this day and ready to plow ahead with running the Maricopa County sheriffs office. You will remember he lost in 2012 by an error of margin i he sued the sheriff for defamation at one point over a campaign ad. Paul penzone clearly knows what he wants to do and extended an olive branch to cherish Sheriff Joe Arpaio supporters. He says he wants to be sheriff to all the people.
