Le Macaron offers French-style pastries in St. Augustine

In Europe, the macaron is considered to be the crown jewel of French pastries.
Simple yet elegant, these small finger-sized treats feature a whipped ganache filling encased in a light, airy shell. They come in a rainbow of colors and flavors, such as lavender white chocolate, bubble gum, salted caramel, mango jam and even seasonal varieties such as gingerbread for winter and mojito for summer.
So it makes sense that French-born Sabine Juskowiak would hone in on the very European-inspired city of St. Augustine to open a franchise of Le Macaron french pastries.
Each of the small French-style cafés in the chain receive regular deliveries of fresh inventory from a bakery in Sarasota to stock their display cases. ....
