Suspected Child Trafficker Who Allegedly Sold The Bloodied Children Discovered In Nigeria,Declared Wanted


The police in Anambra state has declared Mrs. Sabina Izuorah whose photograph appears above, wanted.
A statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, Haruna Mohammed, today March 11, states that Izuorah, who is currently at large, has been declared wanted in connection with the alleged cases of Child trafficking/Stealing, forgery, and perjury.
Haruna in the statement sent to LIB said the suspect is responsible for the trafficking of the bloodied children that were recently found locked up after being severely beaten by three women suspected to be ritualists in the Fegge Housing estate area of the state in February 2021.  Read the initial report here. ....

NSCDC arraign two for allegedly raping minors in Oyo

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Oyo State on Thursday arraigned two people over allegations of rape.
The two suspects were arraigned by the Anti Human Trafficking and Child Protection Unit of the Command, before the Magistrate Adetuyibi P O at the Iyaganku Family Court 2.
One of the suspects, Olaniyi Segun an indigene of Ondo State who lives at No 3 Farayola Street Bodija Ibadan, aged 26 yrs, is an attendant in a hotel.
He lured a female minor name withheld aged 16yrs to his apartment when the victim was sent on an errand to buy Petrol. ....

Anambra State Police Command, on Thursday, paraded an eighty-year-old woman, Mrs Chidi Felicia Nwafor, and thirty-nine-year-old Madam Rejoice Raymond, who are natives of Umunya in Oyi LGA of Anambra State for child trafficking and torture.
The duo according to the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the command, CSP, Haruna Mohammed (CSP), were, however, nabbed at the Federal Housing Estate, 3-3 area of Onitsha, the commercial city of the state.
Mohammed said that the suspects allegedly confined three children (2 boys and a girl) inside different rooms at NO.13 Akunwanta Mbamalu Street, Federal Housing Estate, Onitsha, and subjected them to physical and emotional torture without food and inflicted several wounds on their bodies, leaving them unconscious and at the point of death. ....
