We are kicking off the first of our hearings as they relate to interior appropriations and you are invited as guests congratulations administrator we learned of your recent confirmation and thank you for being here this morning along with holly graves to discuss the year 2020 budget request for the Environmental Protection agency pours for those on the committee it is always good to sit the first of the hearings the order of process we always follow the earlybird rule as long as i have been chairman so we will call on members in order in which they arrive going back and forth five minutes he is a serious earlybird and we recognize and appreciate that.
