In the impeachment trial, were seeing the impact of the senate vote to block witnesses and documents. It means we may never see emails the Justice Department sack knowledging for the first time. Dozens of them exist that apparently outline the president s role and involvement in the ukraine aid freeze. And while the republicans appear united that the president should not be removed from office, some of them say his conduct was wrong but dont expect an apology from the president.
