MOORHEAD La Unica Mexican Market will soon be opening a storefront on the western side of the Red River, building permit records indicate.
La Unica was issued a permit to fit-up a storefront located at 1531 University Drive S. at a cost of $385,000. The application was filed March 29 and the permit was issued April 6. A subsequent permit issued to install a three-compartment sink indicated that La Unica was moving in.
