In the east bay. A big rig interstate 80 near appian way in pinole. Look at the pictures. The driver crashed just before 3 00 this morning because of a blacked out car that was stopped in the far right lane. It was determined the driver of the car was intoxicated and passed out behind the wheel. Its pretty unbelievable that the driver was 73,000 pounds loaded and was able to avoid a vehicle dark in color in this area. Were thankful for that. And the only inconvenience is just trying to clean up the big rig and turn it on its wheels and get the freeway back open. Right now went to go over to sal.
