The Delhi High Court on Monday refused to interfere with the order of the single-judge directing SpiceJet to comply with a United Kingdom (UK) court order and return two leased aircraft and three engines to TWC Aviation Capital (TWC/ lessor).
SpiceJet chose to withdraw the appeal and pursue the case before the single judge. However, the court granted SpiceJet time till June 17 to return the aircraft and engines, the airline was to originally return them to the lessor by May 28.
