The comprehensive plan Woodway adopted Monday will preserve neighborhoods while also allowing development and redevelopment in areas along Highway 84 already designated as commercial.
With a new Woodway Family Center building on track to open in a couple months, the city plans to evaluate the old building’s potential as a new senior center.
After an hour of residents alternately praising and criticizing Woodway s plan for bicycle and pedestrian lanes along part of Estates Drive, the city council voted to continue with the plan.
