yeah, good morning, john. i think it s just because you didn t text me the color the tie would be this morning, but nonetheless we ll move on from that. if you take a look at the inflation figures that are anticipated as you said before the morning bell, 4% is the year on year number that is anticipated for that cpi figure. and if things are just in excess of that, perhaps that will give impetus to the fed to perhaps they do need to do a little bit more work. if it is at 4% or a little less perhaps they think to themselves and think the 80% chance they should keep things on hold may increase further. that s currently what we re seeing. there s an 80% chance the fed will continue to pause or hold interest rates at their current level even if it is for just one meeting. again, a pause not necessarily a stop in the hiking cycle. that is the critical part. of course core inflation is the one sticky about 5 merse. ....
