The Buffalo City Council has approved the transfer of a Retail Liquor License located at 94 S. Main Street from American Outback Production, LLC d/b/a Buffalo’s BBQ & Brew to Southside Grill Inc., d/b/a Southside Grill.
The license transfer is from the owners of Up In Smoke, John and Laura DeMatteis to new owner Tom Maertens, who has changed the business to Southside Grill.
A public hearing was held during the city council meeting Tuesday evening, with no comments provided.
The council approved the transfer of the liquor license.
