Bangs American Legion Lynn Snow Post 308 recently presented $3,000 in donations to area entities. Those given $500 were Good Samaritan Ministries, The Ark Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Shelter and CASA in the Heart of Texas. $250 donations went to Bangs Volunteer Fire Department, Bangs Cemetery Association, Bangs Food Pantry, Bangs Lions Club, Santa Anna Volunteer Fire Department and the Brown County Child Welfare Board.
