Texas-focused virtual career fair set for June 10

The American Legion May 05, 2021 The American Legion Department of Texas is partnering with the Texas Veterans Commission and Texas Workforce Commission for a virtual career fair on June 10. The virtual career fair will be open exclusively to women veterans from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. CDT on June 10 and will open to all transitioning servicemembers, veterans, military spouses and their dependents from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. CDT. Job seekers can register for the career fair by clicking here. Employers can register for the career fair by clicking here. In addition, a virtual workshop is scheduled for employers from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. CDT on May 19, with topics including how to register for the career fair, how to set up a virtual booth, and how to chat with job seekers.
