Jimmie Lee Summerlin of Mt. Pleasant passed away at his beloved ranch house on the morning of January 13, 2021. He was born on June 21, 1944 in Titus Co. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Louise Summerlin, brothers Kenneth Summerlin, Barry Summerlin, son Kevin Summerlin and wife Sherrie, son Tony Summerlin and wife Vanessa, and daughter Stephanie Summerlin Hardcastle and husband Cody. Grandchildren Michelle Summerlin, Brandon Summerlin, Shaina Cline, Kelee Summerlin, Amber Hornsby, Brittney Sharp, Kayla Ratcliff, Jarrett Tutt, Kolby von Gonten , Mason von Gonten, and Jared von Gonten. Great-grandchildren, Jayden, Amiya, Kaylani, Leah, Weston, Chaise, Riley Mae, Travis, and Dawson. He is preceded in death by his parents Leslie C, and Opal Summerlin.
