Cynthia Way ABOUT ME Cynthia Way currently works as the Chief Learning Officer for NOAA’s  Oceanic and Atmosphereic Research Line Office.  She previously served as the Lead Curriculum Designer at the Department of Defense.  Prior to working in the Government,  Cynthia served in the U.S. Navy and then worked in the animal health industry in a myraid of capacites ranging from veterinary technician to  Organizational Development Consultant.
