Or give us a call at 405-878-1528 and let us know you’d like us to mail you a copy.

Greetings, Shawnee! A big shout out and thank you to Bill Simpson, Linda Brown, and SSM Health for leading an Advanced Directive Workshop this week! Greetings, Shawnee! The cold weather delayed its arrival by a few days, but then it hit us with a flurry! Brrrrrrr! That Oklahoma wind chill is something else! Be sure to check your pipes and keep your pets indoors. Like the Christmas song goes, “It doesn’t show signs of stopping!”
If you do venture out, bundle up well. You can come get some indoors exercise at the Senior Rec Center located at 401 N. Bell. We open the gym up each morning at 8 a.m. Walking 16 laps around the gym, including the lobby, equals one mile. Want to track your walking? Be watching for a new Walking Log Challenge we will be launching soon!
