Deputies say it all started around noon when an alameda country sheriffs deputy tries to do a traffic stop. The suspect took off, rammed the security gate at over 50milesperhour and got on to the tarmac. Then investigators say he took off running on foot toward the water. Crews have been scouring the water but for hours have not found any sign of the suspect. Investigators will be working with the fbi to try to figure out a motive. Theres always just a Mental Health factor. Was this just to learn who this person is before we can begin to make a not seeing necessarily a nexxus to domestic terror or International Terror at this point. Late friday night as a category four hurricane and has lingered off of the coast bringing heavy rain as a tropical storm. Rob roth has been following the latest and joins us from the newsroom with more. Reporter the houston area is getting a years worth of rain in less than a week. Hurricane harvey has caused massive flooding and the worst is far from over. The flooding of her houston is widespread, looking like a river dotted with land. For those on the ground, its much, much worse. Boats rule the roads in houston there are rivers where streets once were. Our first floor is flooded and is crazy its crazy.
