This includes programs or activities which face management challenges, present budget implications, or could be administrated more efficiently. It is our goal to provide necessary oversight in order to ensure our armed forces achieve the highest level of readiness possible. Given the current threat facing our nation and budgetary pressure on the department of defense, accountability is always paramount and every dollar counts. Im concerned that when we have an investigation and because i dont have enough special agents to expeditiously investigate allegations, we eventually get to them but the old saying justice delayed is justice denied, im concerned i dont have enough agents to adequately and immediately address some of these allegations. Thats why theres so many cases in thepipeline and if you do the math , my professional responsibility which is in special unit headquarters doing essentially gs 15 and political appointees, the average 9. 5 cases each and agen ....

We will continue to highlight this as long as it takes because in my opinion the epa is one of the most toxic places in the federal government to work and if you dont get rid of the toxicity of the employees there at the epa, were doing a great disservice to this country. Most of them are good hardworking, they care, work hard, but you have some bad apples at the epa and theyre not being dealt with ....

So the more resources that have to be dedicated to the nonuse of up to date technology, calls from that pool of talent that is not being directed to patient care. And i dont think thats something we want to do as a nation. My time has expired. Ia ill hand it over to mr. Nelson. Im going to defer my questions until later. I want to introduce a thought. The law says its illegal robo calls callsen cell phones. Yet consumers receive millions of those robo calls on cell phones. Can you imagine if we made it legal what would happen .
