A construction worker was nearly electrocuted at Drake University this morning. Officials say the man was shocked while working on electrical switches on 27th street. , just north of olin hall. The man didnt have a pulse, but a person near him was able to perform cpr and revive him. The victim suffered serious burns on his hand, arm and head. We dont have an update on his condition. But Officials Say he was moving around when paramedics put him in the ambulance.
