The rural-urban divide in voter turnout continued on Saturday across the district with three urban based assembly segments failing to pass the halfway mark. Bara assembly seat in Allahabad parliamentary constituency recorded the highest voter turnout, while Allahabad north in Phulpur parliamentary seat recorded the lowest voter turnout.
