reporter: john, we are just getting some confirmation about an incident involving gabby petito and brian laundrie at a restaurant in downtown jackson, wyoming, called mary pig-lets. we spoke with the manager there just this evening. and she told us, quote, we saw an incident and we told authorities. she said it happened on august 27th. she said something jogged her memory just today and she called the fbi. she said there is no surveillance video of this incident but we also spoke with a woman who was there with her boyfriend. that woman s name is nina angelo. she was there with her boyfriend matt england. she says they were there around lunchtime. around 1:00 or 2:00 p.m. they were sitting next to gabby petito and brian laundrie. when the couple got up to leave, she said there was quite a commotion and that gabby left the restaurant in tears. she was crying as she walked out and she said that brian laundrie was very angry. he was speaking to the wait staff at the host ....
